Tangy Mac and Cheese

Is there anything more diner than macaroni and cheese ?  The blue box people have made homemade mac and cheese a second class citizen.  I can’t even win the battle at home where my youngest still prefers the blue box over dad’s homemade mac.

Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage

There is some Irish on my wife´s side of the family so St. Patrick´s Day is one of our annual celebrations.  We usually go out for dinner on the actual holiday but this recipe always finds it´s way onto our menu in the days leading up to the 17th.
